Pilates al Mar -El Clot

I have started personalized Pilates machine classes 7 months ago and I am already starting to notice the results. I have been taking classes, first with Marta and then with Sandra and I can only recommend them. They encourage me, support me and challenge me to try to improve myself a little more every day. The facilities are great, new, clean and the center is at street level with natural lighting. To sum up, the instructors are a 10 and the center is great!

Exercising with the machine is very healthy and efficient. The teachers are lovely and very professional. On the other hand, management and company policy leave much to be desired. There are only 2 levels so they can result in very weak sessions. There are very few classes/schedules/places so it is also difficult to recover. Taking into account the 24-hour notice for cancellations, it is easy to miss classes, ultimately becoming excessively expensive. Trying classes beyond the "introductory" class entails a 3-month stay. Personally, the cost/benefit is not worth it to me, but each case is different.

It's been two months since I started doing pilates twice a week. It is the best decision I could make and I can only say positive things about this center and its staff. Thanks!

I had wanted to do Pilates for a long time... but not Pilates, I wanted Pilates!! Now for a year I have been doing a weekly class at Pilates al Mar - El Clot. Classes for a maximum of 6 people, where they are always there for you and help you do "Pilates" in the best possible way. I'm not considering giving it up for anything right now, and it's a shame I can't do more days a week... Thank you all for your dedication!
